About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Team Leader – Sales for our car dealership to lead, motivate, and develop our frontline sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly retail targets, driving showroom walk-ins and test-drive conversions, and ensuring superior customer experience throughout the buying journey.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead, guide, and supervise a team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Monitor walk-ins, enquiries, test drives, quotations, and retail deliveries to ensure strong pipeline conversion.

  • Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, including prospecting, follow-ups, corporate outreach, and roadshows.

  • Drive lead management and ensure timely response, enquiry handling, and CRM/DMS updation.

  • Conduct regular team reviews, performance monitoring, coaching, and field accompaniment.

  • Coordinate with Finance, Exchange/True Value, Accessories, and Insurance teams to maximize business opportunities.

  • Ensure adherence to RTO, documentation, process, and compliance standards.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and channel partners.

  • Generate and present sales reports, MIS, and performance insights to management.

  • Promote customer satisfaction, repeat purchases, and referral sales.

Experience:
